XKNC-50GY排刀车铣复合机床是在50G基础之上,开发了Y轴动力刀具以增强铣削功能,X向或Y向动力刀具由普通排刀车床可加装的一把增加到两把或是三把,动力刀具沿Y轴方向进给,可以实现径向面加工、孔加工、端面槽加工、铣削及异型轮廓等复合加工,并具备动力刀具刚性攻丝功能,真正实现了排刀车床的车铣复合加工。
性能特点:
1、床身为对称式结构设计刚性足,主轴与Z轴居于床身中间位置,有效减小热変位对位置精度的影响。
2、HT300材质,其强度高,耐磨性好,整体设计优良、减震效果好。

5. 记忆型螺距误差补偿,可对丝杠螺距误差等机械系统中的误差进行补偿,补偿数据以参数的形式存储在CNC的存储器中。
6. CNC内装PMC编程功能,对机床和外部设备进行程序控制。
7. 随机存储模块,可在CNC上直接改变PMC程序和宏执行器程序。
FANUC operating system

采用与20G机床同等规格尺寸设计,可使用20排刀系列标准刀座,增加排刀数量,实现最大可安装刀具数量9把。
